[Education customers] We’re familiar with K-12 and US Higher Education purchase procedures. If you need W9/W8 forms, we have them. If your district finance department issues checks (cheques) then we’re fine with that too. No extra charges apply.

When paying by check or EFT we accept USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD and other currency by prior arrangement. We can also send electronic invoices for payment with Credit/Debit card.

We offer monthly and yearly subscriptions and if you opt for the yearly subscription you’ll receive a 20% discount on the monthly subscription price.

A printing user is classified as someone who has the directprint.io application installed and has at least one printer assigned to them allowing them to print using directprint.io.

As an example, for simplicity, you may wish to deploy the directprint.io printing application to all users within your organization but only enable printing for some users. In this instance, only users that have printers on their printer list need to be licensed.

The following examples are quoted in USD and are based on our educational pricing, our enterprise pricing differs.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is dependent on the number of printing users that you have and on your preferred license length. The more users you have, the cheaper a printing user becomes and a 20% discount is applied when the license is paid on a yearly basis.

To explain this further, here are two examples demonstrating how this pricing scheme works:

• If you have 100 printing users and want to pay monthly then each printing user will cost $0.58 per month. Alternatively, if you want to pay yearly then a 20% discount is applied, therefore each printing user costs $0.47 per month or $5.61 per year.
• If you have 1000 printing users and pay monthly then each printing user will cost $0.51 per month. Alternatively, if you want to pay yearly then a 20% discount is applied, therefore each printing user costs $0.42 per month or $5.07 per year.

How are monthly payments handled?

Paying monthly is available through an online subscription only.
